Buy and sell with the best. Other real estate agents are just playing catch up.

Are you tired of agents not earning their commission?  Sometimes when buying a home it can almost feel like the game is rigged.  It can feel like the agents are working together to maximize their profits.  Not with me!  I my favorite part about real estate is the negotiation.  I put it in my head a long time ago, that it I am servicing the buyer.  I will work tirelessly to get you the best deal possible whether thats a price drop, rate buy down, or necessary repairs.  If you aren't happy or satisfied with the purchase, neither am I.

Does it seem like every listing looks the same?  Sometimes sellers don't want to go through the whole dog and pony show of doing an open house and having people constantly walking through their home every night.  Different homes require different strategies.  Some homes will sell themselves with photos and videos. You need an agent that thinks, and steps out of the box.  

Off Market - Don't want your neighbors all in your business?  I can sell you home without anyone even knowing about it.  Most agents don't utilize their resources like networking.  Or they don't have the resources to network.  

Leverage Home Equity - Maybe you want to use your homes equity to purchase a new primary and then cash flow by renting out your current home.  You have to know that there are options, and only the right agent will help provide them to you.
